Maison Levain started in a tiny home oven in 2019. Five years later we're still chasing the same thing: real bread made the slow way. Every loaf is hand-shaped, fermented for at least 24 hours, and baked the same morning you eat it. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just flour, water, salt and time.
